All services are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped. The turnaround time for each package may vary based on complexity and communication. We strive to meet deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays due to incomplete client input or technical issues beyond our control.

Payments for all packages must be made in full upfront through our website’s secure checkout process. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do not process payments directly; transactions are securely handled by third-party providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Due to the nature of digital design work, we do not offer full refunds once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the request is made before final files are delivered. If you are unhappy with your design, we will make a reasonable effort to revise it according to the package you purchased.

Clients who purchase a design package receive the rights to use the final logo for personal or commercial purposes. However, Rankha Ecom LLC retains the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio or promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing. All design concepts not chosen or finalized remain the intellectual property of Rankha Ecom LLC.

You agree not to reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from Rankha Ecom LLC. Our designs may not be used in illegal, offensive, or unethical contexts.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, especially in cases of abusive behavior, violation of terms, or requests that fall outside the scope of our offered services.
