Rankha Ecom LLC provides digital logo design services only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All final deliverables are provided electronically via email or through secure download links.

Once you place an order for a logo design package — Basic ($15), Standard ($25), or Premium ($40) — you will receive a confirmation email. We will then begin the creative process, which includes communication to collect your project details and design preferences.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the selected package:

• Basic Package ($15): Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

• Standard Package ($25): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

• Premium Package ($40): Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

These timelines may vary based on the complexity of the request, responsiveness of the client, or our current project volume. We will keep you informed throughout the process and let you know if any delays are expected.

Once your logo design is complete and approved, the final files (such as PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or other agreed formats) will be sent to your email address. Please ensure you provide a valid and regularly monitored email during the ordering process.

There are no physical shipments, so there are no shipping charges, delivery tracking numbers, or postal delivery times associated with our services.

Rankha Ecom LLC is not responsible for email delivery issues due to incorrect email addresses provided by the client, full inboxes, or spam/junk filtering. If you do not receive your files within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at contact@rankhaecomllc.pro so we can resend them.
