Refund Policy

At Rankha Ecom LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom logo design services tailored to your brand. We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with the outcome of their order. However, due to the personalized and digital nature of our work, we have specific policies regarding refunds.

All payments for our logo design packages — Basic ($15), Standard ($25), and Premium ($40) — are collected in full at the time of purchase and are considered final. These payments secure your spot in our workflow and cover time invested in the creative process from the very beginning.

We do not offer full refunds once work on your design has begun. This includes situations where concept drafts have already been created or communication has been initiated to collect design details. Our time, creativity, and digital resources are dedicated to your project from the moment an order is received.

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • You cancel your order before we begin work on your project.

  • We are unable to deliver the initial design concept within the expected timeframe and you choose not to continue.

  • A significant technical or billing error occurs on our end (such as duplicate payments).

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You simply change your mind after the design process has started.

  • You are dissatisfied but refuse reasonable revision opportunities included in your package.

  • You fail to provide required information or feedback in a timely manner, causing delays.

  • You go silent or unresponsive for more than 7 days during the project timeline.

Each package includes a set number of revisions. If you’re unsatisfied with the initial concept, we will make adjustments based on the revision allowance of your selected package. If you need further changes beyond that, you may request additional revisions for an added fee.

All refund requests must be made via email to contact@rankhaecomllc.pro and must include your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Rankha Ecom LLC reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Effective Date.” By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated policy terms.
